Customers can sign from their phone which speeds things up a lot, especially when someone is finalizing financing from home before coming in to pick up the vehicle. It also keeps a clean digital trail of everything signed, so if a lender or customer ever needs a copy later I’m not digging through a filing cabinet trying to find it. It’s reliable, customers generally trust it since it’s a recognized name, and it has cut down on paper and printing costs in a real way over time. The pricing and occasional customer hand holding are the main downsides but for keeping financing paperwork moving quickly and staying in line with what my lenders want it’s been worth keeping around.
