----- ### "ZipRecruiter is AMAZING for job seekers and job post exposure but is not without it's flaws\!" — 3.0/5 > **Cassidy** | *25 septembre 2025* | Équipements publics | Taux de recommandation : 7.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I like that it suggests jobs to job seekers. The way ZipRecruiter sends daily emails that compile a list of jobs that not only is tailored to the types of jobs people are looking for (office, warehouse, retail, trades in our case etc.) but also jobs that may have been open awhile not just job posts that are from today etc. Even a week or two into having a job posted on there, I have had candidates reach out saying they say the job suggested to them in their daily email by the virtual job assistant. Indeed has different tiers of "sponsorship" for jobs in which your job post may only be really boosted and suggested when it is fresh. Zip is always promoting your job\! The value for your money is obvious with how long your job is getting exposure to the public. > > **Inconvénients**: Compared to Indeed that takes a candidates resume on file or skills and experience inputted into the site-then suggests jobs to them or let's them know you may be a good fit or you are lacking the qualifications or background for this....ZipRecruiter suggests jobs to people based on jobs they have searched for but may be extremely underqualified for. I have not hired one person in the past 4 years off of ZipRecruiter because I am looking for Plumbers and Drain Cleaners or Water Damage technicians and all I get is applications from waitresses, pizza makers, retail but no one with relevant hands on experience like HVAC, Plumbing, Construction, Contractor, Landscaping, Handyman etc. I don't know if they use an algorithm but if they do it is way off. > > It is overall easy to use, the customer support seems to be automated but it very helpful and suggests jobs to people based on type of jobs they are looking for which is helpful. Has great exposure for your job posting even weeks later, just needs to take into consideration the persons actual qualifications. ----- ### "Best Platform for Reaching Qualified Candidates Quickly" — 5.0/5 > **Marquita** | *10 août 2026* | Cosmétiques | Taux de recommandation : 9.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Posting a job on ZipRecruiter is remarkably quick and straightforward. The AI matching technology immediately began suggesting qualified candidates, and we received high-quality applications within the first 24 hours. The intuitive dashboard makes it simple to track applicants and manage all communications in one central location. I highly recommend this platform for small-to-midsize businesses looking to streamline their hiring process. > > **Inconvénients**: The subscription pricing model is often prohibitively expensive for small businesses. Furthermore, the automated matching feature frequently generates a high volume of unqualified candidates. The auto-billing cycles are cumbersome, making the subscription management and cancellation processes unnecessarily difficult. Additionally, the platform’s emphasis on maximizing application volume creates a significant administrative burden, as it necessitates extensive manual filtering to identify suitable applicants. > > Overall, my experience with ZipRecruiter has been highly efficient. It excels at distributing job openings quickly and generating an immediate pool of candidates. The dashboard and AI matching tools saved our team hours of manual sourcing, making it an excellent resource for fast-paced hiring environments. From a candidate's perspective, the platform made the job hunt much faster and more streamlined. The mobile app is highly intuitive, and the one-click apply feature allowed me to submit applications seamlessly. I particularly appreciated the real-time notifications that alerted me whenever an employer viewed my resume. ----- ### "User Friendly and a good value" — 4.0/5 > **Martha** | *16 avril 2026* | Relations publiques et communications | Taux de recommandation : 8.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Zip recruiter is a great tool for our recruitment process. It was an easy platform to use when it came to employee recruiting and management. It was nice to be able to customize the posting how we wanted it to show up. Customer Service was easy to get a hold of and they were very responsive which made it even more of a value for the money paid. > > **Inconvénients**: What I liked least was that we did not get as many candidates as we did on other recruiting platforms. Like maybe not as many people are looking on Zip Recruiter as we thought. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Données structurées
