> **Avantages**: What I liked most about Fleetio is the level of visibility it provides on costs and operations. In practice, it’s very similar to managing a portfolio: you can track maintenance costs, fuel consumption, and asset performance in one place. For example, being able to identify which vehicles are underperforming or too costly to maintain is directly useful for decision-making and optimization.

> **Inconvénients**: What I liked least about Fleetio is that it can become quite data-heavy and require discipline to fully leverage it. Without proper setup and governance, you risk having incomplete or inconsistent data, which reduces the quality of analysis. Also, customization and integration can take time in structured environments.

> **Avantages**: Value for Money, it is reliable, no system gliches identified lately. It is flexible in a way that it enables me create reliable reports I can still pull with the api

> **Inconvénients**: I was unable to set up data validation for custom dates. For example, when working on a work order, I want the system to automatically reject dates that do not follow a logical sequence—such as a start date before the order creation date or a completion date before the start date.

2% of the Inspection reports stay under the pending state for long. This create a problem, I monitor inspection time to avoid time loss.

> **Avantages**: I like that Fleetio captures the needs of fleet management all in one system. Everything from acquisition to disposal can be tracked inside the system, giving my team and me valuable information and insight into making better informed decisions.

> **Inconvénients**: My only complaint is that I wish the work center sections would talk to each other better. For example, the workorders should have a "working" parts section where you can order parts and get parts updated straight from the work order. I don't feel those sections should work solely independently. Workorders drive parts, not the other way around.

> Great\! Fleetio is always coming up with new features to keep the platform interesting. I never log in and know it all.

> **Inconvénients**: Not coming from a trucking background it took me a little while to wrap my head around some of the things Fleetio required, but thanks to the Fleetio academy I have learned a lot

> Overall Fleetio makes my job much easier.  I spend a lot of my day keeping up with trucks service, and parts that run through the business.  It integrates with Samsara seamlessly.
