> **Avantages**: I absolutely love Missive. I have been using it quite some time now, since they were just in the start-up phase. For private mail accounts it provides all tools you need (for free, mostly). Lots of functionality and lots of integrations: from Todoist (or similar) to openAI or API access. &#10;&#10;Also an absolute must for teams: affordable plans for a very broad package of team functionality: delegating conversations, tagging each other, discussing conversations, managed signatures, managed responses (templates), and shared inboxes. &#10;&#10;I have been doubting recently between Spark en Missive, but given Missive's extra and stable functionality over Spark combined with its reasonable pricing it is an absolute no brainer for me to choose Missive. &#10;&#10;Over the last few years it has been working perfectly on both my MacBook and iPhone. Also love the automations (workflow) through rules and conditions.

> **Inconvénients**: So far there is not much I do not like about Missive. I think it is a responsive web-app across the different platforms (instead of a dedicated app), but that's something you barely notice while using it. It makes the experience solid, stable, and uniform across all platforms.

> **Avantages**: Having the full payment conversation history right there helps me figure out how to handle each client - you can spot the patterns and adjust your approach accordingly. We built out a tagging system based on how overdue things are (30 days, 60 days, on payment plans, or disputed) which makes it dead simple to focus on the urgent stuff first.

> **Inconvénients**: The phone app works fine for basics but missing some of the desktop functionality I'd want when I need to check on accounts away from my computer.
> 
> Coming up on a year using this for collections and accounts receivable. Our collection rates are genuinely better - stuff doesn't fall off our radar anymore so we're actually getting paid quicker. Also really helps that newer folks on the team can easily bump tricky collection cases up to someone more experienced without a bunch of forwarding and explaining.

> **Inconvénients**: Right out of the box, the notifications are a bit too frequent, so everyone needs to adjust their settings. The mobile app works well, but it doesn’t have all the features available on the desktop version.

> We use this as our main tool for team emails now. It fixed many small issues and stopped us from sending duplicate replies. There was a short learning period, but now it’s part of our daily work.&#10;&#10;It works well for tracking ongoing conversations and making sure no one replies twice. Setup took some effort, but after that it has been running smoothly without causing new problems.

> Overall, positive. There's a bit of a learning curve setting everything up and I wish it were easier to test run email rules/settings, but I think I have a handle on everything. I also really wish Notion was integrated, but I have a workaround for now.

> We started using Missive about seven months ago and it's made our billing work noticeably easier. Before, client billing emails were spread across everyone's personal inboxes and we'd sometimes send clients different information about the same invoice. Now everyone sees the same information and our replies are consistent.
