When looking for my legal department's CLM, I really wanted something I could configure more freely to make work for my specific needs. Our instance of Summize now has many custom clause summaries, templates with specific task sequences, and full integration with our Docusign, Outlook, Slack, and Salesforce. > > **Inconvénients**: There is not really anything I don't like about Summize. There are a few things I would like to see that are personal preferences (like a dark mode option), but when I have suggestions our CSM, \[sensitive content hidden\] is always around to listen and bring them up to the dev team. People require very little training. The system is also easy to use (again, as a legal professional or a business user). You can interact with Summize without logging into the portal if you wish by using Office add-ins. This is a real bonus for business users as they do not need to be confronted by a "legal" system. Summize integrates well with electronic signing platforms. You can take a document from draft to executed with ease. The signed agreement will automatically be added to the repository and then analysed by AI to summarise relevant provisions. Summize's use of AI is impressive.
