> **Avantages**: La meilleure caractéristique du système est l'intégration complète du RMM et du PSA. Avoir la possibilité de personnaliser le système en fonction de vos besoins d'informations pour stocker ou gérer les actifs de vos clients facilite notre quotidien. Les nouvelles versions constantes de fonctionnalités nous permettent de savoir que le système est constamment amélioré.

> **Inconvénients**: Pas grand-chose à ne pas aimer. Lorsque vous utilisez le système, il existe de nombreuses ressources de formation pour contourner les aversions ou les problèmes que vous pourriez rencontrer. La grande chose à propos de Syncro est qu'en fonction de votre cas d'occasion, il y a probablement plus d'une façon d'atteindre cet objectif.

> Je ne peux pas dire assez à quel point l'équipe est incroyable là-bas. > **Avantages**: Per agent pricing is what steered us to SyncroMSP. We had used Spiceworks for over a decade because it was free and we did not want to have to pay per device since it is always easy to grow this type of relationship but increasingly difficult when the need to shrink arises.

> **Inconvénients**: We use Syncro for an internal helpdesk and asset inventory system. Out of the box it is geared to use by an MSP.

> 2 years in and all of our complaints are cosmetic. This was an easy change to justify after nearly a decade using Spiceworks.

> **Avantages**: I have been using Syncro for the past 6 years and the reason I switched was the pricing structure. We use Syncro for our Internal IT and we utilize Ticketing, Invoicing, Products and Services as well as Purchase Orders. Syncro is constantly evolving and adding more features as the years go by. Within the last few years this has significantly accelerated. So far I am extremely happy and do not plan on moving away from Syncro any time soon.

> **Inconvénients**: I would like to do more automation with incoming tickets but have found there is a number of automation functions missing and cannot fully do everything I would like at this time. I have been told that this will be added to the roadmap, so I will patiently wait for this.

> My experience has been great so far. Being that we are a small internal IT, the products work great for what we need and the price is exceptional as we do not have to worry about fluctuating assets we can budget our cost for the product as it only changes if we hire more people into our team.
