La plateforme semble en être à ses débuts et rencontre des problèmes importants lors de l'installation. Il a fallu près de deux mois pour que le logiciel fonctionne correctement, ce qui a entraîné des perturbations majeures. J'ai finalement dû passer à RevenueWell, où l'installation s'est déroulée sans problème en seulement 10 jours et à moindre coût. De plus, mon système dentaire, Eaglesoft, n'était pas bien intégré à Adit. Après avoir retourné les téléphones, des frais supplémentaires m'ont été facturés pour ne pas les avoir renvoyés dans leur emballage d'origine – une allégation déraisonnable de leur part. Bien que la démo ait semblé impressionnante, le système réel n'a pas fonctionné comme prévu. I recently relocated my office, and the Adit team helped me tremendously help with notifying my existing patient base via email blasts and adjusting my text and voice notifications.
