ScreeningCanada est une plateforme sur cloud de vérification des antécédents conçue pour aider les entreprises canadiennes à automatiser les flux de travail et à vérifier les informations des candidats à l'aide de diverses connexions API (Application Programming Interface) avec des bureaux d'information et des fournisseurs de données. Les candidats peuvent vérifier leurs identités à distance à l'aide de LiveVideoID, ajouter ou télécharger des notes aux résultats des vérifications et recevoir des e-mails automatisés sur les instructions et le consentement.
ScreeningCanada permet aux organisations de vérifier, entre autres, les casiers judiciaires des candidats, leurs informations de crédit, références, antécédents d'emploi, accréditations académiques et professionnelles, ainsi que les permis reçus. La plateforme identifie et évalue les résultats des candidats en fonction de critères définis et permet aux superviseurs de suivre le processus de vérification des antécédents en temps réel. Les administrateurs peuvent consulter les rapports et le tableau de bord centralisé pour obtenir des informations sur les caractéristiques de base.
ScreeningCanada facilite l'intégration à divers systèmes tiers de suivi des candidatures et d'information sur les ressources humaines tels que Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday et SAP SuccessFactors. La recherche Global Watch List permet aux recruteurs de déterminer si un candidat figure sur une liste de sanctions ou une liste de surveillance gouvernementale.

Avantages
This is the first truly automated background check software we've found for Canadian companies. It's super easy to use, comprehensive and fast.
Background checks are mandatory for our employees based on the industry we're in, and ScreeningCanada is the best solution in the market for us.
Inconvénients
We haven't found anything yet that we didn't like.

It has been a wonderful experience. The team at Screening Canada are so engaged and helpful. They made this such an easy and pleasant experience.
Avantages
This product was extremely easy to use and provides a great candidate experience as it relates to their background checks. The implementation was easy and the team at Screening Canada took the lead and did all of the "heavy lifting" so my team was able to focus on the day-to-day. The integration with our current ATS makes the process of running a background check SO easy and seamless. It saves my team a lot of time so that they can focus on other tasks.
Inconvénients
There aren't any features that I think are missing.

The customer services has been mostly excellent. We had some occasional challenges with some support agents, but those seem to be few and far between lately. At least for me.
Avantages
The service is quick and the support is usually quite good. There are certainly exceptions but we recognize that we're early adopters of the product and it's routinely being customized to fit our needs
Inconvénients
It seems that the issues are relatively minor, but they can be consistent. Small annoying challenges that require adjustment to the way we move through our days. An example would be the need to refresh (F5) in order to get a screen to load.
