> **Avantages**: Bien que Stax devienne une entreprise de plus en plus grande, vous maintenez toujours la communication avec leur fantastique équipe d'assistance basée aux États-Unis qui fera TOUT ce qui est en son pouvoir pour résoudre tout problème que vous pourriez avoir.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: Les changements de taux peuvent être difficiles à suivre, mais cela est dû au changement du processeur sous-jacent et Stax travaille avec vous pour garantir un traitement fluide.
> 
> Globalement, Stax obtient une note de 10/10. J'ai comparé d'autres solutions et aucune ne peut rivaliser, que ce soit en termes de prix ou d'assistance.

> **Avantages**: Credit card payments are very easy to process for any user.  Love that we have access to see all payments that are processed in a user-friendly portal.  Highly recommend Stax payment processing\!

> **Avantages**: Cost savings. We were told about $10k in annual savings. After all the fees from onboarding, etc, I think the actual annual savings was closer to $3,000.

> **Inconvénients**: The transfering process. Stax did not activate the auto batch as promised costing the practice over $200,000 in loss income, which took about 1 month to  get back. We are still missing over $15,000. Because of this I would not recommend Stax to anyone.

> Terrible process with poorly trained sales reps and customer service agents.  I was told everything would automatically transfer over from our old processor. This was not true. I had to manually enter hundreds of autopayments. We were also told batches would automatically close out at the end of each day, also not true. We realized nothing was coming into the bank account and it cost us an enormous sum of income. Very poorly trained sales reps that were only motivated by their commission. It has taken me over 1 month to recover this income by calling hundreds of patients to re-collect payments. It made us look terrible\! It was not worth the savings promised per year.

Not overkill on the software functionality, but could be a little more sophisticated.

> **Inconvénients**: The POS Terminal leaves much to be desired.  It constantly loses its WIFI connection even when WIFI is present and allowing several other pieces of equipment to function properly.  I have had Comcast out to certify that everything is functioning correct on my end and I am on my second terminal in less than a month.  Currently I am running on Bluetooth tethering to my phone to function.  Extremely frustrating.  I want to make this work, but I am almost out of patience.
