New features continue to be released to improve on already great inspection software. Any problems or bugs encountered are just a helpdesk away from being resolved quickly\! It only takes a little understanding of the backend of the software to fully embrace its many features\! > > I have used Home Inspector Pro software for many years now. I utilize a variety of custom templates I have created for my various inspection services from Commercial Property inspections to stand alone thermal imaging services. The reports turn out professional and the software significantly reduces time spent writing those reports. HIP is an integral part of my inspection business arsenal\! ----- ### "Working with HIP\!" — 5.0/5 > **Greg** | *4 décembre 2025* | Immobilier | Taux de recommandation : 7.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I have really enjoyed HIP. The flow is really good and in the past the tech support has been amazing\! > > **Inconvénients**: The tech support has gone down, and the issues have gone up in the last 6months. Very disappointed in HIP and Repair pricer not working together after we made a big switch with them. > > Overall, we are really happy with the software. As they are trying to become a larger ecosystem is where problems are showing. ----- ### "Owner/Operator of TJ Place Home Inspections, LLC" — 3.0/5 > **TJ** | *1 décembre 2025* | Immobilier | Taux de recommandation : 3.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Ease of use. Ability to customize. Continuous pictures is actually what lured me to the product, but I no longer use HIP camera because of the constant issues. > > **Inconvénients**: The HIP camera. This may eventually force me to change products if issues are not resolved. The pictures do not focus correctly. I have to tap the screen for every picture that I take. I would get at 5 pictures with a super bright flash while using the HIP camera. I would also like to see a better looking arrow for picture editing. If I keep the line thickness too thin, then I can't see the graphic, but if I make it too thick it makes the arrow head blend together and it looks like a dot. > > I have been using this software for several years. Good software when working properly. I quit using the HIP camera about a month ago. It has too many issues and the company shows no urgency to fix it. This may force me to switch to a different product if the issues continue. ----- ### "Great Software" — 5.0/5 > **Miguel** | *1 décembre 2025* | Immobilier | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I have been using Home Inspector Pro for many years, and it continues to deliver exceptional value for money.
