When I've interacted with their support team, they were extremely helpful and pleasant. Indeed is clean to look at. It's surprisingly easy to use, even when it doesn't feel like it would be. It's nice that the users can direct assess you through the portal. We've found some great hires and connections on Indeed. I feel that it just ambushes you with applicants and you can't really keep up with them, so you are paying for all of the unqualified applicants as well. It is great when you have a designated 'rep' that is able to filter them to your needs.
