I often find myself having to start my search over after going down rabbit holes of old training pages. That can be frustrating if I am looking for a quick answer. I also find the portals almost worthless. It's rare for me to type in a key word (like one commonly used within my company) and get the desired results. Workramp was able to migrate the content that was built in Lessonly as we had no way to export it. The implementation was smooth and we had a successful launch with 50% of our employees visiting the new site on Day 1. Since then we have been through a few CSMs which seems to be common with vendor support. Our first and current CSM have been great at both support and knowledge of the platform.
