## Avis

### "“Restored in Hours, Live in Days — Exceptional Support”" — 5.0/5

> **Anna** | *2 mars 2026* | Hôtellerie | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: Outstanding customer support and onboarding experience. The 14-day free trial gave me full access to build and relaunch without pressure, and the Jumpstart call was incredibly valuable. \[sensitive content hidden\] provided detailed, structured follow-up after our session, and additional support team members handled post-launch tickets quickly and clearly. Account restoration was completed within hours, which saved significant rebuild time and allowed me to relaunch my direct booking site in just three days. The hosted website templates are clean, stable, and purpose-driven — designed to get you operational fast without unnecessary complexity.
>
> **Inconvénients**: The platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first because it’s feature-rich and very configurable. There’s a lot of power under the hood. However, the documentation, video tutorials, and responsive support team make the learning curve manageable. Once you understand the structure, it becomes extremely efficient. I was able to relaunch my website in three days using their Hosted Website platform, which speaks to how quickly you can move once you’re oriented.
>
> As the owner of Kenyan Furnished Rentals LLC, I recently relaunched our direct booking website using OwnerRez’s Hosted Website platform, and the experience has been exceptional. Their team restored my previous account within hours, which saved me days of rebuilding and allowed us to go live in just three days.

The support has been fast, thorough, and incredibly clear — even during the 14-day trial period. Special thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\] for her detailed follow-up and structured guidance after our call.

OwnerRez’s templates are simple, professional, and functional. They prioritize stability and usability over unnecessary complexity, which is exactly what a growing, service-driven business needs.

Reliable platform. Outstanding support. Highly recommended.

### "Solid Platform" — 5.0/5

> **Rolf** | *22 juillet 2025* | Hôtellerie | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: I'm relatively new to the software. It appears to me to be very robust and have received comments when integrating with other software that it is very quick. It's a solid foundation for my business and with 3rd party apps I've been able to streamline my business to remain competitive.
>
> **Inconvénients**: This isn't a critique of OwnerRez as so much as Booking.com. I'm looking forward to OwnerRez mastering pushing data into Booking.com. At the same time I understand Booking.com doesn't make it easy.
>
> The onboarding was thorough. Even when I wanted to rush forward with making it live \[sensitive content hidden\] made sure we took the time to make sure everything was implemented correctly.

### "Intégration difficile" — 1.0/5

> **brandon** | *17 mai 2023* | Immobilier | Taux de recommandation : 0.0/10
>

### "Totally Sold on OwnerRez" — 5.0/5

> **Trey** | *30 juillet 2026* | Hôtellerie | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: The versatility of the system and the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff, and the fact that I can consolidate my efforts into one system that does all of the dirty work for me.
>
> **Inconvénients**: I have no complaints\! So far the system seems to do exactly what it was designed to do in making my life easier.
>
> \[sensitive content hidden\] has been great to work with and has given me confidence in the OwnerRez platform. I was initially only interested in using it to sync my calendars across booking platforms and my direct booking website, but she has given me the tools and knowledge to feel more comfortable with using OwnerRez and allow them to take total control of all platforms and make my life easier\! Thank you \[sensitive content hidden\] \!

### "ProConnect with OwnerRez is Wonderful" — 5.0/5

> **Harold** | *14 novembre 2025* | Immobilier | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: We liked the value for the money. The software is amazing and \[sensitive content hidden\] help with the Onboarding Process was so supportive. Would highly recommend taking advantage of the OwnerRez's team of professionals helping to make the listing process so seamless.
>
> **Inconvénients**: The learning curve is high but the more times you go into the program you learn to navigate everything faster.
>
> So far we have finished the onboarding process with great help from \[sensitive content hidden\]. She was so patient with us and provided great support through helpful OwnerRez support articles and screen sharing. \[sensitive content hidden\] was a lifesaver\!
