Revel Systems POS fournit une solution unique destinée aux entreprises sur plusieurs sites pour les ventes d'iPad. Revel a été conçu pour s'intégrer à un large éventail d'entreprises. Bien qu'elles offrent une solution de point de vente complète, les fonctionnalités de l'application vont bien au-delà pour inclure le CRM, la gestion des stocks, les commandes automatisées, etc. Revel Systems POS s'intègre à de nombreuses applications professionnelles tierces renommées pour permettre aux utilisateurs de l'intégrer à des programmes de comptabilité et de reporting.

Revel Systems POS gère les points de vente depuis une interface intuitive unique. L'application comprend la planification du personnel, le suivi et la gestion des inventaires ainsi que des rapports détaillés pour réduire le besoin de logiciels supplémentaires.

L'application fournit un CRM qui stocke les données client, y compris l'historique des achats, les préférences, etc. Revel Systems POS offre également une prise en charge matérielle avec un lecteur de cartes fonctionnant via le connecteur à 30 broches, qui permet également de recharger l'iPad. L'application prend en charge d'autres appareils liés aux points de vente, y compris les imprimantes.

Le logiciel dispose d'une API et d'une fenêtre d'interface utilisateur graphique (GUI) entièrement personnalisables. Les fonctions de sécurité incluent la conformité au PCI-P2 PE. Revel Systems POS permet également aux entreprises d'accepter les bitcoins comme moyen de paiement.

Very good functionality and high quality reporting system. I think this one one of the most advanced POS systems I have used.

Avantages

Revel is user friendly and I love that we can use it with iPads.

Inconvénients

There are some glitches and system can freeze from time to time. I have also had difficulties with our other software that integrates with Revel. The two systems often stop communicating with each other.

Lots of restaurants and retail stores I frequent use Revel. I would try Revel again if given the choice, but I would make sure to get my employees trained in troubleshooting themselves to avoid the potential of a customer service snafu.

Avantages

I work for a small college bookstore that recently transitioned from an ancient, outdated POS system. We were all so excited about Revel. It's sleek, easy to use, and much simpler than many of its predecessors.

Inconvénients

The biggest trouble we ran into is that Revel is hopelessly buggy, and I would sometimes be on the phone with customer service for an hour before getting my problem resolved. For a small business with only one cash register, this was often a nightmare.

I am not happy with the system. I don't think my training was great, we continue to have issues and...

I am not happy with the system. I don't think my training was great, we continue to have issues and I spend too much time on the phone attempting to fix things. Mobile devices and gift cards are still an issue. I have not been able to devote the time needed to fix the discount issues. I have had mixed results

Avantages

Mobile ordertakers. However they are a constant problem and we continue to have issues with them.

Inconvénients

Difficulty with spitting guest checks. Cause multiple challenges with discounts. Overall discount platform. Difficult to use and not meeting my needs. Gift card have been a consistent problem with much time spent on the phone with support people, but still no resolution. Too many issues overall. Today the credit cards didn't work because of some technical issue in support. They got it fixed and it worked fine for a few hours then it stopped working again. Too many issues that steal too much of my time. the system should be working for me, but instead It seems to make my job harder.....

Despite the technical issues, our experience with Revel has been great due to its user-friendliness and extensive functionality.

Avantages

Revel has a lot of features that allow us to easily keep track of our visitor numbers and inventory. The system is very easy for our staff to use and it requires very little training.

Inconvénients

We have run into numerous technical issues with Revel and their customer service has not been very helpful when resolving some issues.

Revel is a smart choice for small business owners looking to use the iPad as their POS

A POS system that is reliable most of the time.

Avantages

There are many POS providers out there today but I think Revel does a great job for small business owners. They utilize a familiar hardware (iPad) and turn it into a POS system that's easy to navigate. Being in a rush or training new employees can be a disaster if you have the wrong POS system but Revel does a great job with their easy layout.

Inconvénients

Customer service can be disastrous at times, especially if your POS system is down during a rush. It doesn't happen frequently but it does happen so you should be aware of that before making your choice.
