Dans le cadre de mon travail, je n'ai trouvé aucune fonctionnalité manquante pour mon besoin.

Ce tableau a de grandes importance pour mois car ça me facilite dans mes travaux.

Parfois la difficulté liée à l'accès du compte

Un outil idéal pour la réalisation de vos dahsboards depuis des sources multiples

Interface un peu datée comparé à certaines autres solutions du marché

Pour nos rapports journalier et hebdomadaires c'est parfait, on ne passe plus par excel avec une mise à jour manuelle tous les jours, tout ce fait en automatique une fois que l'on a configuré le rapport

La prise en main qui est assez complexe par rapport à excel que nous utilisions avant, il faut en faire presque tous les jours au début pendant 6 mois afin de bien l'avoir en main.

Tableau a des fonctionnalités de visualisation avancées facile à utiliser et avec des mise à jours adpatées.

Pas de fonctionalités mais plutot le coût du produit qui est un élévé. En plus le produit est un peu difficile à utilser du faite de ses aspect trop technique.

Simple et efficace. Rien à dire c'est une bonne solution.

Pas de service client, que des clones qui disent oui, oui !
Les factures se renouvellent toutes seules sans pouvoir rien y faire.
Scandaleux.
Je ne reprendrai jamais ce produit.

I love amount of features they have as compared to it's competitors. It just makes it so easy to integrate data within the software.

I don't like the fact that it has lesser functionalities when I comes to coding, preferably Python.

Having worked with Tableau for more over five years, I appreciate the way it has gone, and in a way a trailblazing role it played. I like the layout and clarity the visualizations bring, as well as ability to generate clear, nice reports.

The set of features seems to get more and more pale in comparison with competitive systems; there is simply not too much of added value I am finding in Tableau any more.

Tableau allows for very good exploratory data analysis, and one can build amazing visualizations with it. Once you learn how to work with it, it becomes very easy to explore data and get insights from it.

Tableau is very expensive compared to its competitors, and if you want to get the whole company using it for dashboards, the pricing is certainly prohibitive for startups.
I also don't Tableau for Dashboards, as the discovery and navigation interface is not very inviting to business users and dashboards are hard do discover. At the same time, building dashboards on Tableau is a lot less straightforward than in other tools. One can build very advanced dashboards, but that requires a lot of time and expertise, which not all Data users in a company will be.

Tableau is easy to use and does not require extensive technical skills. It offers a wide range of visualization options, enabling me to choose the best way to represent my data. It also has powerful data preparation and analysis capabilities, allowing me to quickly clean and transform my data, uncover insights, and make informed decisions. Tableau integrates with other tools and platforms, including Excel, Salesforce, and Google Analytics, making it easy to import and export data.

It is expensive, especially for larger deployments, and may require significant system resources. The software is also have a steep learning curve, particularly for me who are not familiar with data visualization concepts. While Tableau offers a wide range of visualization options, I can't find my specific customization needs .Tableau's data modeling and processing capabilities are not as robust as some other tools.But with careful planning, training, and system optimization, many of these disadvantages can be overcome

Tableau is a user friendly data visualisation tool that can handle massive amount of data and offers good customization options.

Tool required significant amount of resources to run smoothly on large datasets. Cost is a bit on the expensive side.

So its overall features are good you can collaborate with your team on single visualisation as well as dashboards

I didn't like is the cleaning as well as sorting are tough when compared to powerbi and even integration is not as seamless as powerBI

It is a very good tool for data visualisation and building dashboards. It can handle a large amount of data.

It is less user friendly compared to power BI, Although it has more features. Pricing could have been reduced.

Fast processing of huge data, Key Performance indicators created are really good

Integration part was a bit difficult and required a lot of effort

I liked the powerful data visualisation capabilities it possesses, also it enables the users to create interactive dashboards and also allows to tell data-driven stories.

The performance decreases gradually while working with complex and large datasets and this is something that can be improved.

Tableau is easy to use and produces excellent reports.

I don't have any cons about Tabliea at this time.

Tableau is one of the best business intelligence tools available in the market. The visual interface is really good and easy to use. The entire aspect of building dashboards with ease, setting up alerts is really good.
The features available in desktop version are really good and caters to most of the requirements.

A few areas where Tableau can improve are:
1) Navigating between multiple sheets is sometimes a tedious process. Something can be done if a user wants to move multiple sheets here and there in the workbook.
2) Add more features to Tableau Explorer - a lot of features are available in Tableau Creator/desktop version which are important for creating dashboards. Those should be added to Online version as well
3) Integration with files stored in AWS S3 is not available right now - direct integration should be available.

Tableau seamlessly integrates with Salesforce and allows us to create beautiful reports and dashboards. Prior to this, we relied on Salesforce for all reporting and we found it pretty limiting or difficult to set-up. With Tableau, it's been very easy to see all of our reports in one place. I love that you can toggle on certain filters too to change the dashboards easily rather than having to edit the whole thing. We also have ours set to auto refresh daily, which saves us time. I always found that refreshing my reports or dashboards on Salesforce took some time, but with Tableau this process has been sped up.

I have yet to encounter any difficulties with this software. The process has been pretty smooth so far.

I used to use Access and Excel to create reports on data aggregation and analysis of the current situation, which changed every day, and I had to repeat the same tasks over and over again each time. However, since I started to use Tableau, the freshness of the most important data has not deteriorated, and I can visually view the data reflecting almost real-time data. The basic operation is not difficult for beginners. The basic operations are easy to get used to, even for beginners, and it is not that difficult to get started. I can organize data that Excel can't handle and put it together in a way that is easy to understand, and I can use the UI to cross-tabulate, graph, and visualize changes in numerical values, making it very convenient to use. Another advantage is that no knowledge of SQL or other programming languages is required to handle the data. Since visualization can be done interactively, which is usually difficult when there is a considerable amount of data, it is easy to make considerations based on the data.
Since it is possible to quickly change the chart (change the aggregation unit, change the axis, change the filter, etc.), it is easy to get new insights since it is stress-free to look at the data, consider the results, and change the approach again. Data visualization that involves aggregation is powerful anyway.

I would like to see a more complete set of manuals. Statistical knowledge is not necessary, but some of the expressions on the screen are difficult to interpret, and it takes time to get used to them. The visualization is not intuitive, and when you try to do something a little more elaborate, it has its own quirks, and I think it requires training to make the visualization look the way you want. As for the display format of the graph, you can easily switch the format by selecting from the palette, but it is difficult to find the menu for things like drawing auxiliary lines. Sometimes it takes a long time to load the data, so it would be very helpful if that could be improved. It doesn't depend on the size of the data or the environment of the PC, so I would really like to see this improved. It tends to be very slow due to slow loading of data and loading every time you switch tabs. It is not suitable for advanced analytical simulations such as statistical analysis or predictive modeling. It is only a visualization tool.
I would like to see more options for license types and prices. The price hurdle is too high, so please make it easier to introduce.
