"Contact Constant" est pour moi un Excellent logiciel pour les PME. Il gère pratiquement tous les paramètres que possède un business en ligne (mailing, marketing, automatisation, analyses, rapports, gestion, assistance, chat....). Je le trouve ULTRA PRATIQUE.. de plus presque toutes les plateformes lui sont adaptables. Enfin, l'abonnement à 20€ parachève tous les points positifs. A ESSAYER ABSOLUMENT...

Je n'ai vraiment pas trouvé de point négatif à cet outil de grande qualité.

Voici ce que j'ai le moins apprécié dans Constant Contact :Coût relativement élevé : Certaines personnes pourraient considérer que le coût de l'utilisation de Constant Contact est assez élevé par rapport à d'autres options similaires sur le marché.Limitations dans la personnalisation : Bien que Constant Contact offre une variété de modèles de courrier électronique prédéfinis, certaines personnes pourraient être limitées dans leur capacité à personnaliser leur contenu en fonction de leurs besoins spécifiques.Interface utilisateur peu moderne : Certaines personnes pourraient considérer que l'interface utilisateur de Constant Contact est un peu datée et pourrait bénéficier d'une mise à jour pour une expérience plus moderne et plus intuitive.

Constant-contact est un logiciel très facile à utilisé, et très pratique.

Parfois on observe un dédoublement des contacts chose qui augmente considérablement le nombre de contact du répertoire.

J'aime que le logiciel soit si efficient

De mauavises surprises avec les pré-paiement et des frais additionels à la fin de la période.

l'environnement du logiciel est tres agréable et très accessible surtout qu'il es t facile a utilisé

un peu lent a mon gout mais dans l'ensemble il est pratique a l'utilisation

-la facilité et la simplicité d'utilisation.- un large choix pour les débutant pour les modèles et templates des courriers.

-Coût un peut élevé par rapport à d'autres mais on peut dire que c'est en relation avec une grande variété de choix.

Utilisation simple, envois simples/groupés, envois selon critères, tout y est selon notre bon vouloir, autant dire que ce logiciel est le Must du Marketing.

Aspect un peu simpliste sur les bords, manque d'originalité, même si ce n'est pas forcément demandé pour ce type de logiciel, c'est toujours un point important du "tape-à-l'œil".

Ce produits est hyper facile à utiliser de plus il est formidable pour la gestion de campagnes emailing , il me fait gagné beaucoup de temps et économiser beaucoup d’argent.

Parfois j’ai rencontré quelques beug mais rien de méchant. C’est arriver que 2 fois

le plus gros point fort est qu'il est gratuit, mais surtout qu'il est très bon dans son domaine

le logiciel est complet donc il n'y a pas de point faible

We use Constant Contact to create our Email Campaigns and also to schedule posts on our social media on a weekly basis.

We had no problems with Constant Contact at all.

Constant Contact excels in handling various groups/lists and large numbers of contacts. I've dealt with companies with a vast customer base, and Constant Contact enables you to manually eliminate subscribers and errors from more extensive groups/lists. They're coming out with a new edition of their email builders, but the existing one allows for individual CSS coding per block, which allows for a lot of customization.

Constant Contact has several oddities that I haven't encounter with Mailchimp, especially when using external connections for photographs and URLs. The email builder's text and link editing is a little strange and has a few flaws. Also, unless you make folders for all of your emails, the new search option for past emails is quite sluggish and takes a very long time to find.

Easy, user friendly and sooo many customizations! Mail chimp was cheaper but CC was way more automated and had many more options.

Cost started raising a bit in the last couple years. There’s so much more you can do with CC but it takes a bit of a learning curve to utilize its full potential- if you stick to basic email you’re fine but if you want to do much more which is ideal for marketing like landing pages you’ll be scratching your head for a while. Customer service is, “meh.”

All basic features are available and working and easy to navigate. I loved the more specialized features on the higher tiers.

There seems to be some functionality missing for certain features. Their automation options are very limited compared to other software I've used

I like that you can easily assemble a professional email campaign. You can even trigger events based on interaction with the campaigns.

The inability to merge old accounts is a drawback.

However, I did encounter some limitations with the basic plans of Constant Contact, as they limit the number of contacts and emails that can be sent.

I like the quality of the reports which facilitates a better integration of the data, so we can make adjustments.

The only drawback I have encountered with this tool is the customer support. I had a problem with a mail increase that I had to pay, while looking for explanations, what was explained to me was not very clear

One thing I dislike about Constant Contact is that it can be difficult to access certain features and settings within the platform.

Constant Contact is easy to learn, use and gather reports. The functionality is great and helps eliminate duplicating work. We love the ability to drop in a you tube video, conduct surveys and gather RSVPs.

Only frustrating part is being signed out of account, but still being able to make changes. You don't know that your time has expired until you go to save the changes.

1. Constant Contact makes it easy for me to send bulk email that goes straight to inbox and that what got me entangled with it.

2. I noticed a very rare feature that Constant Contact have that many other doesnt have. Constant Contact, allows me to collect donations from people. Many of the clients i have helped setup Constant Contact like the donation feature part so much too.

3. Constant Contact allows me create absolutely any kind of form that is needed for my list building.

Constant Contact doesnt have a free forever basic plan. Although they give first month free but I think they should have a plan for small businesses starting out who cannot afford their $20 a month.

Constant Contact makes it super easy to stay in touch with our association members as well as to create various marketing campaigns.

The only negative I have is with pricing. While Constant Contact provides tremendous value, and offers fantastic savings for a subscription paid annually (which is a good thing) ... for us as a non-profit, it is easier budget-wise for us to pay monthly, so we are not able to take advantage of the bigger discount. It would be helpful if Constant Contact allowed those same savings to be applied for non-profits who pay monthly ... especially since we have been a long-time customer.

We signed up with Constant Contact in somewhat a state of desperation, after having no luck with other platforms to do what we wanted them to. We were looking for an email marketing platform that would effectively take our data and create merge fields that worked, had the ability to segment lists, and also provided detailed reports including who had opened it, who had not unopened it and had the ability to re-send with one-click to everyone who had not opened a specific email. We also wanted a platform where we could create our own customizable template that still had a professional appearance. Constant Contact did all this for us, and our customers have been commenting on how the communication we're sending them "looks professional, has a consistent look, and always has relevant content". We couldn't have achieved this without Constant Contact!

The one disadvantage with Constant Contact is that anyone that has the same email address is merged into one contact. This has been a small issue for us where we want to keep both contacts names even though they have the same email address. We have been able to work around this by asking all our customers with duplicate email addresses to update their email address.
