It is more expensive and there are less plugins and templates for purchase than WordPress CMS. Developers need to be stronger to work here

The functionality is great - the CMS, page template builder and workflow bulder are very easy to use and help to get things done quickly. Good integration capabilities provide us with lots of options to connect additoinal technology stack. Their support is close to perfect.

There are some nuances like:
- slow performing online template builder ("Design Tools");
- some of the activities logged in Hubspot by a third-party tools (through integrations) are not actually an activity in terms of being able to access it and use it as a workflow trigger for example;

Managing Contacts on the Web app could be easier

I like the Hubspot CMS Hub in order to quickly put up a landingpage. It makes landingpage building easy and integrates well with the whole Hubspot Product Family. It is a great tool to also build a blog and get started with that quickly. It is easy to use. It also takes into account SEO and google friendlieness.

I would love it if I would have more options in styling and giving my pages really fancy designs. The software is kind of limited in those regards.

HubSpot has a TON of tools to build and manage a great site for all kinds of different needs. Lots of things are included in the free tier, lots in the next step up but I would say this is for larger scale operations and may be a bit intimidating for newer or less experienced users.

As mentioned, there is a free tier and the next step up for a starter level. From there the price REALLY hikes up. This will be a major roadblock for small businesses. If this is not a con for you and you can afford it, then you'll be pleasantly surprised with the list of tools included. And you can go back and read the pro list.

HubSpot CMS Hub is a popular content management system among digital marketers due to its user-friendly interface, seamless integration with HubSpot CRM, customization options, SEO-friendly features, and built-in analytics and reporting tools. It simplifies website management and enhances marketing efforts by providing an all-in-one solution.

HubSpot CMS Hub can be expensive compared to other CMS systems. The free version is very limited to what it offers.

The ease of use is the main feature that appeals to me - I've used various other CRMs and CMSs and they haven't been nearly as intuitive as Hubspot is!

In particular the new drag and drop editor makes life so much simpler and means I can customise as many email and webpage templates as required without fiddling around behind the scenes (although the Design Manager is also fairly simple to use when you need to).

The fact that the CRM and CMS integrate with each other is also a great feature as it provides excellent activity tracking data and allows us to identify when prospects are engaging with our content in order to make contact at the right time.

Reporting data is easily accessible and can be sliced and diced to your requirements by means of custom reports, charts etc.

Initially we struggled to get Hubspot fully integrated with our Outlook email system but now that we have implemented Office 365 (a separate project) the features seem to work much better.

Configure web modules with drag and drop. A free theme I developed. I appreciate the simplicity of the HubSpot CMS Hub. My new site is faster. It also includes free SSL certificates for the principal and redirected domains. It's all so simple. The editors are great. I can deliver valuable stuff without hiding it. This shows where each asset is used throughout the file management system.

There's nothing too annoying to discuss, but the only drawback is the high subscription cost.

Very easy to use, quick to move from freemium through to paying for additional services.

Cost Data Allowance in the CRM can escalate quickly

Hubspot is great because it has many different features under one roof for a reasonable price.

Regular users can use it easily and have good reporting right away.

Data! All of our email, website, blog, and lead metrics are in one place and visible to us.

I wish that I could associate lists with campaigns, and set the lead source differently for specific landing pages. Also, sometimes the Salesforce connection is wonky.

The UI is very clean and easy to understand. I often clone an existing page to save design time and like that I can easily add custom styling to a particular page in its advanced settings to avoid wrangling what has become a rather large set of stylesheets.

My only complaint of note is the size of the html editor panel. While it is great to see changes update live it is also more difficult than it needs to be to navigate the html in a narrow panel. Maybe a detachable panel that can be sized by the user would be a better option?

How Websites are set up, you will have to do it from the design tool and then import the site to be available for publishing or if you'd like to replicate the website but change features, you will have to start all over again...

Integrations with Office 365 and CRM tools. Easy of use but few minor bugs. Hard to switch people due to fear of change.

More ways to sort out the data on Marketing Hubspot, like comparing different campaign sent times. Email tokens - you must watch out for. When you sent an email and reread it from the sent box, the Activity Feed tracks that as an additional open.

Backend is easy to update for a customer and manage analytics.

In the latest version of this software I can see the revision option on the edit page.

What I liked most about the CMS Hub, was the ability to log every action! Keeps our company very organized! We love it!

So far, I have not had any issues with this software, and I'm loving every feature!

I love hubspot and how it helps my daily life! It makes our records management so simple.

Hubspot sometimes doesn't remember where you are on the previous page it you have to restart.

Pros of HubSpot CMS:

- Website hosting is available with good features and uptime.

Con of HubSpot CMS:
- Pricing is extremely high for Professional plans but are okay for basic plans.
