Upgraded to the cloud version of exclaimer and was happy with the new interface and how it works with office 365. Great that it works on emails sent by mobile.

The interface is a bit clunky and not obvious, but it does the job. We have put some automation in to handle different from addresses which is very cool.

It is a great solution to create and manage beautiful and professional email signatures which are added to the sent emails on any devices. It works with differents domains .

The cost of the solution. For SMEs it can be a significant extra expense, in some cases difficult to justify.

I like the drag and drop part, when it works. Easy to change design and set up rules for sending.

When a design has an error, it is quite difficult to figure out why the design is stretched or similar problems. All the settings seems to be set for enherit.

Exclaimer is a Plug, Setup & Play tool. It works in the background without too much interaction, which is great! Also the support team are really great and knowledgable.

The Admin panel could be better. I think its design is a bit old, the signature builder could be better, but really, its all workable once you get your head around it.

It is easy to use. It has a centyralized management and it's integration with Active Directory.

Its price is a bit expensive. It has limited design options. No mobile app

How easy it is to add new users to the portal, and assign them permissions to edit signatures. This allows the IT department to offload this task to Marketing, and IT are only responsible for implimentation/issues.

The signature designer screen can sometimes get very finnicky. You end up with containers within containers within containers, and in amongst that there will be a setting you're trying to find somewhere.

The best thing for me was that our signatures have the same look in all Tools and devices.

I cant's name something which is really bad about Exclaimer.

Ease of set up and signature creation. When we rebranded we needed a simple solution to manage signatures for a growing team, this provided an easy, low-touch solution.

It is easy to integrate in Microsoft 365. Every step you did has a good documentation and support is very helpful.

Not much. Everything more than exceeds our requirements.

The Exclaimer software was very straight forward to integrate with our Office 365 system. If you have not used Office 365 connectors before don’t worry. Exclaimer provide comprehensive but easy to follow instructions.
Using the Exclaimer editor is fairly straight forward, once you get the hang of the template editor you realise how powerful email signatures can be.

We did have a couple of teething issues but I think this was more part of the learning curve rather than a problem with the software.
Also, when we have new members of staff the auto sync runs every evening. The manual sync is a bit slow.

it integrates, is easy, reliable and deploys instantly. We can modify to meet changing environment like when our school accomplished Accreditation. Adding the log and making a hot link was a snap.

NA. We have yet to find a limitation that has caused us grief, concern or in need of support.

Very easy to impletement, with no downtime for the customer. We only use it for O365 and have used for years with on prem Exhcange enviroments. Support has always been good and is very inexpensive to run. Design enviroment is good and for a web environment is easy to use after a bit of playing.

Some of the design features in the editor like changing fonts and sizes can be a bit confusing. Just formatting setting in general, can be a bit trial and error. No autosave function and no HTML coding function.

Sometimes its takes time to search for white papers on the exclaimer website incase of any issue.

Integration and set-up took the longest just getting all our employee info into the fields. But once set-up, it was fairly easy to use and manage. We love the ability to have different signatures for each of our divisions.

Not being able to turn off signatures on replies - you can, but it turns it off on all replies, including replying for the FIRST time to a customer or vendor. If a customer reaches out to you first and you've turned off signatures for replies, the reply you make to that customer and essentially emailing them for the first time, won't include your signature. We just wanted to be able to turn it off after you've replied or emailed someone for the first time within the same thread so there wouldn't be so many graphics in one thread. But right now, if you turn off the signatures on replies, it turns it off for every reply regardless if it's the 1st, 2nd, etc. There are also some problems with iOS where the images in the signature each turn into attachments to the email upon replies on mobile email. There is a work around but we are still having a few problems.

The first thing about the software that I was most drawn to was the price, which was on par with comparable signature tools. What ultimately sold it was their willingness to sign a BAA with us due to our work with patient data. We are simultaneously working to build an organization that complies with all of the US's regulations on healthcare data and almost no signature tools out there were willing or even sure what that involves. Additionally, the product just works. In the past, I've used other tools that were sold to me and my companies as amazing applications, but they never executed well. Exclaimer has worked for us since we were able to get everything operational on our end. Their support staff is amazing and incredibly helpful in troubleshooting all the various problems we ran into while integrating our Google Workspace.

The user interface tends to have some glitches here and there. Sometimes elements will not update when styles and text are changed in the signature editor. Usually this requires a refresh of the application and repeating some of that work. Other times, it will not save the changes after working on a signature and the edits will revert when returning to the signature selection screen. All of these leave improvements to be desired, but don't impact the overall effectiveness of the application in deploying and triaging signatures at scale.

I like Exclaimer because it provides a unified experience across all devices. I know that my corporate branding, and that of my customers, will always be present on every email. And you can have different signatures for replies, other departments etc.

I'd like to see a media library to be able to re-use images. Currently you have to upload an image each time. Plus I had to move away from being a partner due to not selling enough new seats annually. Happily buying through CSP works out a little cheaper overall.

Clean crisp signatures are just a click away. Personal information like email addresses and mobile numbers can be pulled transparently from Azure active directory, making highly professional yet personalised signatures extremely simple to create. Setting up multiple signatures and then switching them on and off centrally removes any requirement for users to have to manage their own email branding. We like the software so much we are in the process of becoming an Exclaimer partner.

There's little to dislike really. I think the only thing I found slightly difficult was image management within the signature and in the end, I wound up resizing and creating aggregated images externally to Exclaimer before uploading. Most likely this was my unfamiliarity with the product at the time, but it worked.

How easy it is to use, even if you aren't a designer, you can still easily get your head around how to use this.

There isn't enough data you can pull from the website.

Working in IT, my managers love to see data on the software we're using. Unfortunately, Exclaimer provided very little data, it also doesn't have billing information, like invoices, on the website.

It's easy to use but this comes at a price, the signatures don't look as good as maybe some other softwares could offer. My design team came up with some ideas that looked really good, unfortunately, we had to make some changed because Exclaimer wouldn't let us do what we wanted to do.

Exclaimer is a very powerful tool that has revolutionised our compliance and marketing workflows. It takes minutes to set up and the built in templates allow for quick deployment of standardised content across outbound emails.

There are not many. I think it would be nice to add more dynamic content to signatures, such as news from an RSS feed.

I have used Exclaimer Signature for Exchange for years but now most of my clients are moving into Office 365 because of costs and availability to their data. Exclaimer Cloud was the niche I was looking for to get my clients into the Office 365 environment with little or no changes for my templates. Exclaimer Support was great at taking my current templates and converting them into Exclaimer Cloud.

Two things that annoy me about the product is the time it takes a long time to me (15 minutes) to see my changes on a user implemented, such as if I change a cell phone number on a user I then have to force a data sync for it to take effect. Another issue it that the software does not access all information about a user that you can do in Exclaimer for Exchange. I used the notes field for user credentials ( MBA, PHD etc) and Exclaimer Cloud does not give you access to that data, so be warned.

simple to use and easy to set up, no need for second-level knowledge

The only flaw though maybe not directly caused by your software is how different browsers edit various fields, especially workspace and the 'outlook' environment of microsoft

It was easy to integrate from on premise exclaimer to cloud version but would be nice to have a signature export manager from on prem to cloud so you can import your signatures yourself.

Singature export and import manager from on prem is really something that we are missing. Now we have to pay 125 dollars -/+ to have it imported. Good money maker i guess :)
