What I like about Adobe Connect is that you can create virtual meeting rooms where participants can share documents, presentations, and videos. They can use live chat or polls, etc., to interact.

What I don't like is perhaps the interface, which, in my opinion, is not very engaging.

It has a much higher quality video feed compared to zoom or Skype.

Some of the features can be a little difficult to navigate through for first time users.

I appreciate that you can run the app from your browser and it is also mobile-friendly. It offers high-quality video conferencing and is useful for running my international business.

Some participants in the conference have issues getting the platform to work, ut requires a strong internet connection. It does require some high-level software knowledge to set up the back end.

Adobe Connect is interactive & you can easily increase engagement by customizing your classroom.

Adobe connect has a lot of pros, however it may be too much for someone looking for just a simple product.

Our biggest complaint about this product isn't the product itself - it's Adobe. Adobe's licensing scheme is very difficult to work with and not friendly at all.

Like any other video conferencing software in the market, Adobe Connect's user interface is simple and very easy to use. You have the capacity to conduct polls and question-and-answer sessions with ease. The video quality in Adobe Connect is also stunning unlike the leading software in the market.

One thing I have noticed in Adobe Connect is the unavailability of a dial-in service, which might complicate users who heavily rely on VOIP to join in online meetings. You cannot even invite users who do not have an Adobe account, which further complicates the entire process. There are also instances that the software glitches when sharing your screen, prompting users to restart the video call again.

Zillion of features and possibilities, setup of classes, templates, customizations and more that you can use for sure

The learning curve is too long for trainer and trainees. Quite complicate. You really need to dedicate time to learn how to configure and to use. The value is not worth for usual training. Think on it only to large organization with stable programs.

very good option for online conferences, meetings or different talks. What I value most about this tool is being able to access videos or recorded meetings.

This tool is very complete, for me there is no but, but it is true that if you are only looking for a simple software for meetings this is not it. since it has many more capabilities

the instruction on how to connect was very easy. I was able to help a friend log into a virtual class session in Canada and how easy it was for a first time user.

I have just several experience with Adobe Connect, but it is very easy to use and provides common and useful features like screen sharing, breakout rooms which work very well.

I encountered a delay in the video during the video conference - it was only delayed by about one second, but it was not very comfortable for communication.

I have used Adobe Connect for hosting MANY meetings where some attendees could not be on campus. It works well for its purpose. It has just enough features to do everything that you need it to, but not so many features that it is overwhelming. I frequently use the recording feature to keep track of meetings and distribute them later to folks who couldn't attend (as well as go back and listen to some parts for note-taking purposes). It's also nice to be able to switch between meeting room formats so that you can share a separate screen, add notes during the webcast, upload files to share with other participants, etc.

Honestly, I feel that there are some better options available that have the same types of features. Adobe Connect tends to be quite buggy. I've had a lot of problems with people getting dropped or having bad connections. Sometimes audio or video freezes up while we are using it, especially when trying to share screens. Participants also have to be a bit tech-savvy when using the software, if they want a good experience. I found that many of the people tuning in did not have headphones which caused a lot of volume/feedback issues. I often end up having to put "tech support" shoes on while trying to run a meeting, in order to get everyone on the virtual end to be able to hear and see the meeting clearly.

It allows you to connect in an easy and agile way, from anywhere and at any time, using any media, device or operating system. Security and scalability are two characteristics that stand out in this platform. It enables effective videoconferencing and screen sharing. It offers a library of content stored in the cloud for easy access.

Although this platform is very robust and versatile, it is necessary to have a good bandwidth to enhance the experience and enjoy all its features to the fullest.

i am an admin and I hear great reviews about this product. It allows for easy communication. From my end, it is easy to provide access to individuals and I hear that the software is easy to implement as well!

nothing. Sometimes, it does take a it long to load but that is it.

The pods. They can easily be added and there's plenty to choose from.

It seems to keep having compatibility issues with Intrado.

Has some very good features and customization.

The editing. It is not very good and taking something offline is very cumbersome.

You can customize your conference room depending on how and what you want to share. There are pods within your conference room which allows you to have a document sharing pod, a video sharing pod, a chat pod, survey pod, etc. To many to name. You can host one on one as well as one to many(Events). I use to train clients on this tool and the feedback was always positive. The interface dashboard is very is to navigate while in the meeting because you can show only what you what your audience to see. This allows you to pull documents, presentations and videos in the meeting on the fly. You can also record your meetings and send out recording that can be tracked to know if the recipient viewed the recording and or forwarded. There are way to many pros to name. The company I worked for was a conferencing provider and we sold partner products...WebEx, Microsoft, etc and Adobe Connect was always ranked high. One other pro...there is no download to join a meeting, you click the link and you're in. Ever tried to join a meeting and have to wait for something to download on your desktop before you enter - headache.

This program allows to include and organize a number of users within your group and in separate rooms from each other, something I liked, and with some programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
Also, creating an invitation to users and controlling them by placing them in separate rooms, accessing permissions, distributing tasks, etc.
Other than all that, it is enough that it has great video quality, unlike other software on the market , and this is one of the features that is close to my heart.

I think the main obvious drawback is that you can't invite non-Adobe users within the platform.
Sometimes there are sound problems even when everything is fine, not much, but it causes a disturbance when it comes.
