Le seul inconvénient que j’ai pu constater ici c’est juste des lenteurs parfois et aussi l’application consomme assez de données

Il est facile à prendre en main, intuitif et sécurisé. Il me fait gagner du temps et de l'argent en automatisant certaines tâches comme la relance des impayés ou la génération des rapports comptables.

Le fait de payer un abonnement mensuel pour accéder à toutes les options, il n'est pas adapté aux entreprises qui ont une comptabilité complexe ou qui ont besoin d'un expert-comptable

Logiciel n'est si compliqué à utiliser et rend facilement aux moyens de paiement

Je l'apprécie le moins bon car c'est destiné aux grandes entreprises surtout

melio est une très bonne application surtout pour les factures en ligne

seulement que pour blés entreprise qui n'ont pas beaucoup d'agent financier peuvent l'utiliser

Limité aux petites entreprises Fonctionnalités limitées il peut ne pas inclure certaines fonctionnalités avancées que certaines entreprises peuvent exiger.Support limité le coût peut encore être prohibitif pour certaines petites entreprises.

J'ai apprécié la facilité avec laquelle j'ai pu effectuer mes paiements et régler mes factures en ligne.

Il n'y a pas de grand-chose à signaler, à part quelques problèmes de connexion à l'application qu'il faudrait corriger.

Les débuts sur le logiciel ne sont toujours pas faciles car le logiciel est difficile à comprendre et à manipuler pour un débutant

One thing I like about Melio is a newly released feature that allows us to pay multiple invoices to one vendor by one payment. We often had to create individual payments to each vendor separately so now we can combine into one payment makes everyone's life easier.

We had issues of the preferred payment method of payment to vendors change without us making the change but that seems to be a resolved issue.

Ease of use................................

Melio is great if all you want to do is send out bills and have no issues besides cancelling a check you sent. However, the software started populating vendor names for vendors we NEVER did business with, which ultimately ended up with a check going to the wrong vendor. The vendor called me and notified me of the mistake, but would not cut us a check back or ACH us the money directly. Instead, they said their policy was to send the payment back via the exact same means it was sent to them...BIG MISTAKE! Melio claims they don't have the money and have no way of tracking it (even though I gave them all the info the need to search for it), and on top of that, they REFUSE TO ALLOW ANYONE FROM MELIO TO CALL ME!I have requested multiple times for a manager to call me. They even put in a call request...what happened? They would only respond via email and of course I kept getting representatives. After no less than 25 emails back and forth, I finally got a response from an "accountant manager" who told me there's nothing they can do and they are closing my case. Um, you have over $1200 of my client's money and I have requested multiple times to be called so I can discuss this issue with someone at the company in higher management, and I have flat out been denied! I CONSIDER THIS THEFT!!! Melio has stolen my client's money and won't make it right.You can't call them, and they WON'T CALL YOU! VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH.

The built-in integration with QBO and QuickBooks Desktop allow easy flow from invoice entry to payment. The ability to schedule to send either ACH or Check within QuickBooks is critical to our workflow. If we don't have the ACH info the ability to request it securely from the vendor is great

No batch payment, the ability to pay more than one bill with a single payment would be a great addition. Also showing how credits are applied to a bill would be extremely helpful. We send a "bill & applied payments" to our vendors so they will know. Just an extra step that we would like to eliminate

The full integration with in QuickBooks online makes this an easy choice for streamlined and efficient processes.

It is difficult to know exactly when a vendor will receive a payment. Should be two days but sometimes has been five days. Especially in the beginning of using the software.

This product integrates very well with Quickbooks Online, and is fairly easy to use once it is set-up. Customer Service is great

Set-up takes a little bit of computer saavy, but customer service is very helpful. It takes a little bit longer than I would like to get the funds in my bank account after a customer has made the payment when they pay from their bank account.

The product itself is really nice for book keeping and why I want to keep using but im about to find something different if I cant get some one to email me or call me back.

Customer service!!!!! I think I have emailed or messaged them 5-10 times and have never received a response or call back. Ive asked my friend who is a recruiter to get me a real persons email and phone number and they didnt respond. All I want to do is change my email address because the one on file doesn't work anymore.

Easy to setup and start using. Integrates with Quickbooks.

They advertise that payments will be sent to vendors in 2-3 business days. My vendors told me that payments took 5 business days. You can pay additional for next day payment delivery, which I tried. The payment still took 5 business days. I emailed customer service and received no response.

It is very intuitive, and the integration with QBO makes AP and AR processes efficient and automated. All that with a low price makes this a win win for any business.

I would like to see more integration with other accounting software platforms like QB Desktop, Xero and SAP.
