J’ai apprécié la collaboration entre les équipes. Pouvoir leur partager les OKR globaux et entrer dans le détail membre par membre est assez intéressant. Tout le monde se sent concernés et veut faire avancer leurs OKR. Les objectifs peuvent être complexe ils sont néanmoins pertinent et feront avancer les difficultés de l’équipe. Une fois bien renseigné c’est très puissant.

Très important de bien renseigner les OKR sinon la méthode ne fonctionne pas vraiment. Il faut donc prendre le temps en amont de se former sur les OKR et de bien les écrire. Ensuite, les différences entre la version gratuite et payante est assez importante. Pour commencer la version gratuite est très bien mais une fois qu’on est à l’aise avec Quantive il est indispensable de passer à la caisse.

It's very easy to use right away. It has a positive feel to it and allows us to share successes across a global team.

As a newer product, the features are currently limited but I would assume this will change as the product develops.

You can share with your team commun goals, you can track the activities and select the status of the goal (at risk, has issues, on track). You can select a deadline to each goal and all the individual activities are very visible

its not so practical and intuitive, there's a lot of functions and its not very organized. You can get a lot of confused with others goals or proyects.

As an OKR Consultant I see numerous pieces of software - the stand out feature of Koan is its focus on facilitating conversation. The talks that take place about OKRs between teams, peers, and up and down the chain are by far the most valuable thing that the OKR framework brings to an organisation. Koan helps to keep these structured and regular with all of our clients

Nothing, in particular, I don't like about the product. Different pieces of OKR software have different priorities, but Koan is definitely the one that fits my methodology the best

Koan allows easily defining OKRs and their leads, and the weekly reflections feature is great for keeping the team engaging and aware of their progress. What I liked most, though, are the integrations with Jira and Slack. In Slack it allows check-ins, for asynchronous stand-ups, and from Jira it allows adding pulling issues into progress or challenges in weekly reflections. Overall, it's being a great tool for the team.

In the past there were a few hiccups in adding more than one item in weekly reflections, for example, but it didn't take long to be fixed. Currently, I sometimes miss issues from Jira, to add to reflections. And it would be great to configure check-in reminders on a biweekly basis instead of weekly.

Appreciate the flexibility of the product as well as the frequent updates to features. Having visibility across our organization on team goals and their relationship to company objectives is vital.

Some of the features are still in beta form and being iterated upon as you use.

I love the ability to visualise our 60+ OKRs in one place, and gtmhub offers a high degree of flexibility to fit OKRs to how we see them.

I like the integrations - Jira in particular - although I'm yet to fully set this up.

Its flexibility brings complexity. This might be unavoidable, but makes setup non-negligible.

The Koan value is that its not a tool that does everything for everyone. Its simple and our team is able to review OKRs and our progress in seconds.

I think there are improvements coming for users to more easily view other peoples deliverables and how an individuals progress impacts a bigger goal but its not a deal breaker since the summary pages are easy to understand.

Koan is so easy to use and set up it actually makes setting and tracking OKRs enjoyable (something that I never would have imagines. It definitely makes me more productive and focused, especially the weekly reflections and reminders about priorities.

Of course any software can be improved, but honestly Koan solves my pain points. I don't have any real complaints.

I haven't used any other OKR software so I can't think of anything I like least.

If you miss one weekly reflection you loose the tasks you did two weeks ago, therefore you need to go back and look for them.

The 'presenttaion mode' is a great idea but I struggle to follow the sequence of presentation

Intuitive interface that makes it easy for me to focus on communicating to my team how things are going rather than trying to figure out how to use the software.

There is a a bit of a learning curve to get to a point where you understand the language of the OKR methodology.

Koan is an intuitive software that allows us to hold all of our cross functional team members accountable to the things we've deemed important.

No bad feedback on this software. It does what we need it to do.

There are some missing features for our use case, particularly around feedback and one-on-one check-ins. However, we have found that team very responsive and think that these features may be coming soon.

It enables us to communicate with our departments on an individual basis. We have an international presence and need to be able to communicate through a system that can address certain weekly objectives and what their thoughts are on their week.
