Grâce à leapsome on a reusie a suivre facilement les évaluations de nos collaborateurs

Peut être un peu trop de mail de relance

Leapsome me permet de suivre mes progrès de manière transparente et que l'on me fournisse des commentaires et des évaluations continues tout au long de l'année. Je peux également donner mon avis sur mes objectifs et leurs progrès, et participer à des discussions avec mon manager pour obtenir des commentaires en temps réel.

Je n'ai pas de point particulier que je n'ai pas apprécié sur ce logiciel

Il est très facile de créer des sondages.J´utilise également l´outil pour tracker mes meetings avec les collaborateurs - quels sont les points à aborder, ceux qui ont été abordés dans le passé. Cela permet un réel suivi des RDVs.

Je ne le trouve pas intuitif. Il est difficile de supprimer un RDV. Si un collaborateur n´est pas dans mon équipe, je ne peux le trouver. Alors que je communique avec des départements différents.

I think it has very limited functions and can be improved

Surveys, Reviews, and performance evaluations for tutors.

Unfair terms presented for renewal. Beat around the bush to reduce from 100 licenses to 30 licenses, since we are only using about 14. It is unfair because we won't be using it for a whole 3 months during the summer and do not know the certainty of the next school year. Made us lock into another contract without letting us know of a renewal for a whole year. Waste of money.

Easy to use ui and very good customization of survey options

Free trial is too short to understand if its needed for your company or not

I really like the user interface and the way things are set up in Leapsome

can't think of anything negative, it does exactly what it's supposed to do

As an user I really like the performance reviews and peer review. It allows you to make a complete auto-evaluation and give relevant feedback to your colleague.

The open task section is kind of messy and not super intuitive.

- Enables us to do 360 ° feedback, which was very valuable, and cover a few other areas
- We had a smooth sales and onboarding process to Leapsome
- Combining learning and OKRs is a good value proposition to us

- The user experience could be improved on some parts, the feedback process was not fully intuitive the first time we ran it
- More customizations for the OKRs, more options for automated messages would be great

It is easy to use it although I use this monthly.

For the moment i am not consider that something is wrong.

I have been using this tool and find it easy to update my direct manager on bottlenecks and wins. It's easy to use and keeps people updated on your work.

It's not a con, but I spent a few minutes learning how to use it. I don't use it as often as I should.

Es sorprendente lo sencillo pero significativo que resulta supervisar el rendimiento de los empleados e interactuar con las personas en tu red.

La experiencia del usuario podría mejorarse en algunas partes; el proceso de retroalimentación no fue completamente intuitivo la primera vez que lo usamos. - Sería genial tener más personalizaciones para los OKR y más opciones para mensajes automatizados.

The ease of use and integration with my Google calendar and Google mail.

When my calendar changes, the changes sometimes don't catch up until the next day.

Tiene una iterfaz de usuario muy intuitiva. Puedes definirte fácilmente objetivos marcados para cada empleado y ver su desempeño. Proporciona una valiosa información para una eficiente gestión de os recursos humanos.

De momento en el tiempo que llevamos usándolo no hemos encontrado ningún punto negativo que sea reseñable.

What I like the most about the product, is the range of things that it cover related to performance management , goal setting , dashboard, analytics, reviews etc

Since Leapsome covers so many operations, its somewhat harder to implement and introduce to the team as compared to other solutions.

Super easy to use software, that was easily adapted by all employees. Definitely helped the overall company morale in sharing positive feedback and praise for one another.

UI could be further beautified, and further personalized to company's core interests and structure.

It keeps me on track with all my scores cards.

When you open the app or program it is understandable but less appealing to my eyes.
