The instant verification of a transaction is my favorite, with the capabilities to instantly transfer funds to my bank account.

I like that Venmo makes it super easy to collect payments from customers, and refund them at the same time. I've never used a platform that also makes it easier to track payments.

The user design is not super intuitive, which can cause issues at times, but otherwise I have had no issues!

Implementation was incredibly easy and most of my staff (and clients) are already familiar with the application. The credibility of any financial app is critical, so the security and financial insurance Venmo provides is what made the deal for my team.

There is no easy-to-use air-touch feature where two adjacent phones can automatically link for payment. However, this would just be a nice ancillary benefit and is not critical.

Venmo doesnt have errors like cashapp. And when adding money to venmo it goes through instantly. Cash app sometimes takes many minutes,hours, or days to go through.

That you cant go in a store and add cash to venmo.

Very easy to use, take payments, and pay bills with. Customers can scan a qr code and pay instantly. Also have a credit card with Venmo and it works great for keeping track of my expenses.

They did cancel my card once when I was out of state without asking me, but I got a new one pretty quick.

I like using Venmo to send money to my employees because it gives me monthly statements and sends it within minutes.

I dont like the fact you have to pay to get your money sent within minutes.

I feel much more comfortable using Venmo than other payment apps like CashApp. I feel my financial information is secure (however, read my Cons list as well). Also, making a payment is very easy. Overall, the app is very user-friendly and easy to use.

Personally, I wish there wasn't a fee to use a credit card for payments. Also, I think there is a lack of data security in that folks probably don't realize that their payments are being broadcast in a social media-like feed that all can see when they log onto the app. I can understand the fun in seeing what people are purchasing, but for others, they may be stunned to realize that they needed to change their Default Privacy to Private or else the entire internet can see what they are spending their money on. Also, there are people in my Venmo "social" feed I don't even know and am not even friends with.

Not too much to add to this one.Just like all the other mobile banking apps at offers your mobile bank transfers at cost if you want it immediately as well.As what I could tell being accepted between all of my banks. Plan to use it more.

No issues really other than the fact that you or I guess I have had troubles connecting with my paypal which is odd because its integrated to do it.

Easy navigation and quick payments to anybody²

When you use venmo you can not plan to customer service if you have an issue with hacking or someone stealing your card numbers they close at your account down an keep your money

I love that you have the option to get the money instantly!

I dont like that you have to pay a fee to get your money instantly.

It is super easy to connect with a bank account and send and receive money. It is also easy and quick when it comes to transferring money feom venmo to the bank account. It is great for paying friends back after a day out. It is also great for accepting payments from customers when POS is not available.

I don't have any dislikes for any aspects of venmo.

I like how easy it is to pay others for services. You simply type in the phone number, scan the barcode or look up their name. It's quick & easy.

To be honest I have not had any issues with Venmo!

I like being able to send a QR code to whoever I want or need to send or request money from.

When the customer doesn’t have it when asked.

I can send money to my friends and family.

The verification process can be a headache but once you get past that you will be fine.
