Dayforce does everything we need it to do: payroll, tax calculations, workforce management, time and attendance, document management. It's an incredibly powerful platform for managing and serving our employee population, and integrates well with other software platforms and applications including ERPs.

The implementation process required a level of resource commitment (both financial and personnel) that we weren't prepared for, so the timeline from kick-off to go-live had to be extended several times. The implementation ended up costing double what was budgeted, and took six more months than expected.

Great program for a large company, focused on easy accessible programs and employee self serve functions! My group feels empowered and capable, and know that I am there to support them in case the need it!

I personally would like to see more online training videos for myself as the HR person and some available for employees as well.

All in one application from recruiting to onboarding to payroll. Allows us to streamline processes.

Severe limitations to the recruiting feature.

The fact that HR and Payroll are linked together in one seamless application. The web interface and mobile app are very well-designed and useful.

Dayforce has an enormous amount of data that can be accessed—so much in fact that finding the right report to include all the data you want can be overwhelming. Not all the data is transferable between reports. For example, Timesheet data is not always able to be included with Payroll data.

Dayforce is very reliable and it updates on time. I love all the information I have access to through Dayforce as well.

There is nothing I dislike about Dayforce.

The app freezes up or doesn't work properly at least 1-2 times a month.

Some things that should be free are billable, such as using a standard system generated form and not having access to edit it without paying

I liked most about Dayforce HCM the ability to pay people on time and accurately.

The thing I like least about Dayforce HCM is how often it errors out and kicks me from the application.

How quickly it shows upcoming paychecks and the ability to deposit them early

Some of the navigation on the app is a little confusing - like finding PTO info

I don't like that you can't add an attachment when sending an email, or that email responses aren't tracked in DF

Everything is in one application instead of five. The schedules, payroll, recruiting, training, everything is there. So, it's much easier for us to work with Dayforce.

Recruiting module, this module need to be review to be more flexible

The live payroll information. Being able to see a moment in time pay check. No wait needed.

The color, it's all white and it gets a little to bright. We need an option to switch to dark mode.

Our industry is complex and team members have many different jobs. Work assignments in Dayforce can be difficult to work with given our complex circumstances.

Dayforce makes it easy to maintain accurate employee information. It also provides easy avenues of two-way communication between the company and its employees.

There is still some functionality that it is missing, though they are constantly working to improve in those areas.
