Le logiciel reste facile à utiliser pour effectuer des plannings.

Avoir une description plus complète sur l'ensemble des choses qui peuvent être faite, autre que les planning avec des tutos.

Le rapport qualité/ prix est correcte. L'utilisation nécessite un peu de savoir-faire mais globalement ça passe très bien ensuite. Les équipes sont présent et s'auto-discipline, un vrai bonheur !

La connexion est parfois lente ou difficile pour les équipes sur leur téléphone. Est-ce notre wifi ou bien le logiciel en tant que tel...

Quick and easy. Support is great. So many different things you can do.

It would be good to be able to put all of the hours you need covered into a system and you work out a rolling rota for a team.

We have found this to be a convenient, functional scheduling software. Covers the basic needs at a reasonable price.

The price feels a little bit high for what we receive.

I can chose to use the different features or not. Affordable.

Did take a bit to get the hang of the rostering of times and tasks. (but I am old school). Font of default print outs too small to display on one page as there are so many spaces in report so I always export data to an excell document.

For me to check time & map logins is a must for our business.

The only issue is the clocking in & out app. Sometimes it crashes. So the team say.

My HR retired and i replaced and automated the task using FMS , Helps ease the roster and holiday

The ease of chnaging staff in to different areas on the rota, the time off requests are brillant as staff can do this remotely at any time.

We have been able to reduce call ins and increase productivity through using Findmyshift. There is no excuse for missing a shift when you have the information in the palm of your hand.

That we did not stumble upon this application sooner.

My team can access it easily, it means less administration work for me e.g. Find My Shift creates messages ready for me to send in the outbox. Using the Time Off function is really beneficial too

I use different colours for different shifts/tasks, sometimes I find it difficult to select the correct shade from the many colours available which means I end up with loads of different colours on my rota!

Online tutorials are good but you need to set the time aside to work through as they can be long winded.
Easy to set up locations, employees and the copy and paste facilities are excellent. What use to take at least two days to complete now takes half a day.
Like the ability to see multiple weeks alongside each other.
Client decides how long they want to use the system for rather than being tied into software agreements that do not work for the client.

Find it over complicated to set the client charge out rate so cannot use the reports as we would like.

Love the ease of scheduling shifts and for staff to request leave. Permissions allow you to streamline your scheduling options to your company needs.

No consolidation in reports in the hours section. When entering information into the notes section in employee details, when you update profile the information can sometimes disappear from the notes.

The software has considerable ease of use, and solved our flexible planning needs immediately. It is visually very intuitive, and I think our employees simply like the system.

I think / know that there are so many more features of the software that I - if at all- discover by accident. The switching between facility view and employee view should be intuitive as well, however, I regularly fail to input elements that work on both representations - I've therefore resorted to using facility view exclusively. I get the impression I'm using merely some 5% of the systems capabilities.

We have been using findmyshift for scheduling in our business (hostel, 30 employees) for a year now - having previously only used excel spreadsheets for our rota. This software has helped us schedule more accurately according to our business level which helped us save hours as well as relieving our team during the busier periods. It's use is very straightforward and does pretty much anything you need it to with a bit of fiddling. The customer support team are very quick to respond to your queries with a live chat as well. On top of that it is pretty much the cheapest in it's category (compared to Deputy or WhenIWork) although it might not look as snazzy or have all the functionalities these have. We will definitely be continuing to use this software for the next year.
Can also connect to your google cal or ical which helped me personally organise my life better :)

It is a bit fiddly at times, and does seem more catered towards office businesses (9 to 6, Monday to Friday) than a 24 hours, 7 day a week business like ours.
The app (for phones, Android and Apple) is a great plus but could be improved upon - The way the shifts are displayed is not super clear, the filter is hit & miss, and how you navigate the app is not the best.

Shows shifts with costs instantly for admin users and makes payroll calculations easier than previous software.

Nothing bad in my time using the software. I've watched the training videos and found bits I didn't know it did, which make casual staff holiday pay calculations much easier for example.

This software is incredibly easy to use and my favourite function is the ability to delegate facility areas so we can clearly see which departments the staff are working in. With two sites and a variety of different but equally important job roles this makes life simple.

I would like time off requests to be easier for staff to use.

Shared access, individual crew login, timesheets, facilities.....so much we love

Would love to see a better mobile app - perhaps that staff can use for timesheets?
Also, would love to be able to code time to a job (cost center)

It is easy to use, easy to enter the schedule in and you don't have to follow an exact protocol for the times, etc. I like that I can email everyone at once right from the program, the templates make it convenient to add the schedule weeks in advance, I love the time off request feature, I like being able to change the font colors and the back ground colors. I also love that employees can check their schedules at home from their phones. No one can say they "looked at an old schedule" or didn't know about a shift because its all right there(unless you forget to publish a change...)

The color chart is hard to tell what color you are choosing.
I wish there were an option to "Publish all" So I don't have to highlight a week, then publish, then highlight another week, then publish, etc if I put 8 weeks of schedule in at once.
